- Anaerobic exercise burns current sugar, Cardio burns fat. So it is best to do weights before cardio at the gym
- Sit-up is considered as anaerobic exercise.
- Its best to eat 5-6 times a day to keep your sugar level balanced.
- Do not stretch before doing weights as you will damage your muscle. Only stretch if you feel a cramp when doing your weights.
