today i am going to have breakfast (light protein), go to the gym, shower then head to central.

the plan at the gym is:

  • 10min warmup cardio
  • abs work out
  • heavy squats with dumbbell
  • 1 russian dead lift left
  • lunges
  • kettlebell swing
  • 10min cool down cardio
